We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated International Voice Process Associate to join our US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) team in Jaipur.

The candidate will be responsible for contacting insurance companies, following up on outstanding claims, and assisting in the resolution of payment-related issues.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to US insurance companies regarding outstanding medical claims.
- Follow up on unpaid, pending, and denied claims.
- Verify claim status, payment details, and denial reasons.
- Document call details and claim updates accurately in the system.
- Coordinate with internal teams for claim resolution.
- Meet daily productivity and quality targets.
- Maintain professional communication with insurance representatives.
- Follow company policies and HIPAA-related guidelines.

Eligibility
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Graduate in any discipline preferred.
- Good English communication and interpersonal skills.




- Comfortable working in a night shift / US shift.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Good listening, speaking, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to build a career in the US Healthcare RCM industry.
