- Minimum 18 months of International Voice experience (Mandatory)
- Excellent English communication skills
- Solid customer service and problem-solving skills

Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries related to insurance policies, renewals, claims, and policy servicing
- Assist customers with policy information, account updates, and service requests
- Resolve customer concerns efficiently while delivering exceptional customer service
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow process guidelines
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements
- Meet productivity, SLA, and customer satisfaction targets
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution
