Key Responsibilities

Floor & Sales Operations

- Manage the overall day-to-day operations of the pharmacy mall floor.
- Monitor sales performance and work towards achieving daily and monthly sales targets.
- Ensure products are readily available and properly displayed across departments.
- Take active control of operations during peak hours to minimize customer waiting time.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and resolve them quickly.

Team Management
- Manage and coordinate Sales, Picking and Inventory team leaders
- Supervise Team Leads and ensure effective deployment of manpower.
- Allocate employees based on customer traffic and business requirements.
- Monitor team productivity, discipline, attendance and performance.
- Conduct regular briefings and communicate daily priorities to the team.
- Support training and development of team members.

Inventory & Stock Management
- Closely monitor inward and outward movement of stock.
- Ensure proper receiving, checking, storage and movement of products.
- Coordinate with inventory/warehouse teams to ensure stock availability.
- Coordinate with relevant teams for stock replenishment and critical stock requirements.
- Ensure proper documentation and system updates for stock movement.

Department Coordination
- Ensure all departments are functioning as per defined processes and SOPs.
- Coordinate with Pharmacy, Sales, Picking, Inventory, Billing and other operational teams.
- Monitor department-wise performance and resolve operational issues.
- Ensure proper handover between shifts.
- Coordinate with management and department heads regarding operational requirements.

Customer Experience
- Ensure customers receive quick, accurate and professional service.
- Handle customer complaints and escalations at the floor level.
- Monitor waiting time, product availability and service quality.
- Ensure proper coordination between sales, picking and billing to avoid delays.
- Maintain a clean,



organized and customer-friendly store environment.

Compliance & Process Control
- Ensure adherence to company SOPs and operational processes.
- Monitor proper handling of medicines and healthcare products.
- Ensure products are stored, displayed and handled as per company guidelines.
- Identify process gaps, shrinkage risks and operational inefficiencies.
- Support internal audits and stock verification activities.

Key Requirements
- Bachelor's degree; MBA/PGDM in Retail/Operations/Management is an added advantage.
- 510 years of experience in retail, pharmacy, supermarket, FMCG, healthcare or similar high-volume operations.
- Experience managing large retail floors and multiple teams.
- Strong experience in sales, inventory and team management.
- Ability to manage operations effectively during peak customer hours.
- Solid leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Good knowledge of inventory management and retail processes.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
- Experience in pharmacy/healthcare retail or Pharma Mall operations will be an advantage.

Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate should be a hands-on retail operations leader who can take complete ownership of the floor, especially during high-volume periods. The person should be capable of coordinating sales, picking, inventory, billing and multiple department teams simultaneously, while ensuring stock accuracy, operational discipline and an excellent customer experience. The candidate should be comfortable working in a large-scale Pharma Mall environment and should have the ability to make quick decisions, manage people effectively and keep the entire floor operating smoothly.
