Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail oriented professional to manage billing coordination, PO creation, payment follow-ups, and commercial documentation support while ensuring smooth operational and financial processes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Process and manage vendor invoices related to rewards procurement
- Manage client billing and invoice coordination
- Prepare and share invoices with required supporting documents
- Coordinate PO creation and commercial documentation
- Follow up with Finance and clients for pending payments
- Maintain PODs, billing records, and trackers
- Support P&L; tracking and reporting
- Participate in team meetings and provide task updates

Key Requirements:

- Mandatory knowledge of Tally
- Good working knowledge of Excel
- Experience in billing/commercial operations or backend coordination
- Good knowledge of invoicing and documentation processes
- Strong follow-up with vendors and courier partners.
- Good communication and organizational abilities.

Mandatory Qualifications: Graduate in any discipline.
