Upstream Manufacturing (Mammalian Suite)

Skills Required:

Strong understanding of upstream manufacturing processes involving mammalian cell culture of monoclonal antibodies and drug substance production

Assemble, prepare, install and test single-use Bioreactor and all other single use assemblies will be an added advantage.

Able to perform cell expansion, media preparation, aseptic processing, bioreactor operation, process monitoring .

Upstream Manufacturing (Microbial Suite)

Skills Required:

Robust understanding of upstream manufacturing processes involving microbial fermentation and drug substance production.





Knowledge of microbial culture handling, media preparation, inoculum development, fermentation process monitoring, harvest operations, and associated upstream unit operations.

Downstream Manufacturing (Mammalian Suite)

Skills Required :

Knowledge of monoclonal antibody (mAb) downstream processing including harvest and clarification, depth filtration, chromatography purification (Protein A, Ion Exchange and other polishing steps), viral clearance operations, tangential flow filtration (UF/DF), bulk drug substance handling, formulation and associated downstream unit operations within a cGMP manufacturing environment.

Experience working with chromatographic skids such as Cytiva KTA, Merck, Sartorius or equivalent purification platforms.

Downstream Manufacturing (Microbial Suite)

Skills Required:

Strong understanding of downstream manufacturing processes involving microbial fermentation and drug substance production.

Strong Knowledge on protein chemistry, Dissolution/refolding, buffer preparation, purification, precipitation/crystallization.
