Process International Customer Support Voice Process

Key Responsibilities

- Customer Support International Voice Process (Inbound calls)
- Willing to work in night shifts (US time zones)
- Good English verbal and written skills required.
- Preferred candidates willing to work with International BPO Industry
- Provide product and service information to customers.
- Identify and escalate issues to supervisors.
- Respond to customer's issues on TAT

Salary
- Freshers: Up to 23k in hand
- Experienced: Up to 28k in hand
