Experience: Fresher 2 Years

Basic knowledge of computers required

Provide technical support to customers through chat process

Resolve customer queries related to software, hardware, internet, and basic troubleshooting

Deliver accurate and timely resolutions while maintaining high customer satisfaction

Identify, analyze, and escalate complex technical issues when required

Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions and resolutions

Ensure professional communication and adherence to process guidelines

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced setting

Good written communication skills in English required
