Chinese Chef / Momo Specialist

Location: Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh Salary: 13,000 25,000/month, depending on experience and skills

We are looking for an experienced Chinese Chef / Momo Specialist who is an expert in making thin, soft, juicy and healthy momos.

Responsibilities

* Prepare high-quality veg and non-veg momos.

- Prepare healthy, low-oil and high-protein fillings.
- Expert in momo dough, wrapping, shaping and steaming.
- Maintain consistent taste, quality and portion sizes.
- Maintain kitchen hygiene and cleanliness.
- Help develop new healthy momo recipes.
- Guide and supervise the kitchen helper when required.

Requirements

* Previous experience in momo making is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Chinese cuisine and momo preparation.
- Good speed, hygiene and consistency.
- Experience with chicken, paneer, tofu and vegetable momos is a plus.
