About the Role

We are looking for young, enthusiastic and technically inclined candidates interested in building a long-term career in manufacturing, machining and CNC/VMC operations.

Freshers are encouraged to apply. Previous CNC/VMC experience is not mandatory.

Selected candidates will receive practical on-the-job training and will gradually be trained to independently operate CNC/VMC machines and work as part of our Production team.

Key Responsibilities The selected candidate will be trained and expected to gradually handle responsibilities including:

- Operating CNC and VMC machines.
- Loading and unloading components.
- Understanding CNC/VMC machine controls and operating procedures.
- Reading engineering drawings and component specifications.
- Understanding tolerances, dimensions and machining requirements.
- Using measuring instruments such as Vernier Calipers, Micrometers, Height Gauges and other inspection tools.
- Checking dimensions and quality of machined components.
- Understanding cutting tools, inserts, fixtures and work holding methods.
- Assisting in tool setting and machine setting.
- Learning tool offsets and basic machine parameter adjustments.
- Assisting in job changeovers and machine setups.
- Monitoring machine performance during production.
- Identifying abnormal machine conditions and reporting them promptly.
- Maintaining production and inspection records.
- Following SOPs and work instructions.
- Maintaining proper housekeeping around machines and production areas.
- Following all safety procedures.
- Supporting Production, Quality and Engineering teams.




- Working towards achieving production targets while maintaining required quality standards.
- Learning basic preventive maintenance and proper care of machines, tools and fixtures.
- Participating in continuous improvement and productivity improvement activities.

No CNC/VMC Experience? We Will Train You. Candidates are not required to already know CNC or VMC machine operation.

Salary Structure Salary will depend on qualification, experience and technical capability.

Indicative Starting Salary

ITI Fresher – Fitter / Turner / Machinist:

16,000–19,000 gross per month

ITI with CNC / machining exposure:

18,000–22,000 gross per month

Diploma Mechanical / Production Fresher:

18,000–22,000 gross per month

Graduate Engineer – B.E. / B.Tech Fresher:

20,000–25,000 gross per month

Experienced CNC/VMC Operator:

22,000–28,000 gross per month

Candidates already capable of independently handling machine setting, job setting or troubleshooting may be offered higher compensation depending on their experience and capability.
