Job Overview [24]7.ai is hiring freshers for the position of Associate in Bengaluru. This role involves managing international customer interactions via chat, delivering real-time query resolution, and maintaining high customer satisfaction standards in a global operational environment.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Manage live customer inquiries through international digital chat channels in a timely and professional manner.
- Analyze customer issues, troubleshoot problems, and offer accurate resolutions using internal knowledge bases.
- Maintain superior standards of written English communication and customer service etiquette.
- Achieve key operational metrics, including Chat Handle Time, Quality Scores, and Customer Satisfaction (CSAT).
- Navigate multiple computer applications and databases simultaneously while keeping chat logs accurate and detailed.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Qualification: Freshers from any educational background (Graduates, Undergraduates, or Diploma holders).
- Communication Skills:



Excellent written English skills with solid grammar, spelling, and sentence construction.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer navigation knowledge and standard typing speed with good accuracy.
- Operational Flexibility: Willingness to work in a 24/7 environment with rotational and night shifts.
- Work Location: Bengaluru.
