Job Summary:

iEnergizer is hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused Undergraduate/Graduate Freshers for the role of Customer Care Executive in a Domestic/International Process. Candidates with excellent communication skills and a passion for customer service are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle customer queries via Voice, Chat, or Email channels.
- Provide accurate information and resolution to customer concerns.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and service quality.
- Follow process guidelines, policies, and compliance requirements.
- Meet individual and team performance targets.
- Document customer interactions accurately in the system.

Eligibility Criteria:

- Undergraduate/Graduate in any discipline.




- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving ability.
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
- Willingness to work in night shifts.

Compensation & Benefits:

- Salary: 19,000 to 50,000 CTC (Based on skills/Experience and interview performance)

- Day/Night Shifts (Rotational)
