WAF L2 (Any WAF OEM):

Strong knowledge and Minimum 5 years Hands on Experience in 3 or more areas of security like (Web Application Firewall (WAF) & LTM: F5 / SSL Decryptor.

Monitor all the SOC devices regularly, analyses the alarms & report to customer.

Configure the use cases, policy based on setting/customer requirement.

Troubleshoot the critical issues and co-ordinate with OEM to resolve the issues.

Daily ticket management (change/service request).

Analyze the triggered alarms in the WAF and report to customer.

Perform version upgradation, patch update & SOC device restoration.

Checking the Endpoint compliance report and involve to improve the compliance level.

Advanced understanding of OWASP web application firewall and policy implementation maintenance.

Monitor WAF alerts, investigate incidents and provide response.

Implement and administer F5 solutions.

F5 WAF, cisco stealth watch, Forcepoint Proxy server & DLP (preferred).
