Urgent Hiring | CNC-VMC Operator & Supervisor

Preferred Candidate Profile:

- 10th pass/ITI / Diploma in Mechanical / Machinist.
- Strong focus on Production Output, Safety, and 5S Compliance.
- Salary: Based on skills and experience.

Role & Key Responsibilities:

- Operate CNC machines efficiently.
- Perform component loading/unloading and tool offset setting as per instructions.
- Follow process sheets, engineering drawings, and SOPs strictly.
- Carry out in-process inspection using gauges and measuring instruments.
- Ensure first-piece approval before batch production.
- Record production data, rejections, and downtime accurately.
- Monitor cycle time, surface finish, and dimensional accuracy.
- Identify and report machine alarms, breakdowns, and quality issues.
- Maintain machine cleanliness, coolant levels, and perform basic TPM activities.

Key Skills:





- Hands-on experience in CNC machine operation.
- Ability to read and understand engineering drawings, tolerances, and GD&T.;
- Knowledge of cutting tools, offsets, and basic setup support.
- Proficiency in using measuring instruments (Vernier, Micrometer, Bore Gauge, Height Gauge).
