Role Description The Voice Process – Customer Service Executive (CSE) – Night Shift role is a full-time, on-site position based in Ahmedabad. The CSE will handle inbound and outbound calls related to healthcare revenue cycle processes, respond to provider and patient inquiries, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner. Daily responsibilities include documenting interactions in the system, verifying and updating account information, and following defined workflows and quality guidelines.

The role also involves coordinating with internal teams for issue resolution, adhering to shift schedules, meeting performance targets, and contributing to continuous process improvement.



The successful candidate will maintain high service standards, follow compliance and data privacy requirements, and participate in training sessions to stay current with process and system updates.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid Customer Service and Communication skills for handling calls and providing clear, courteous support.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret information, identify issues, and support accurate problem resolution.
- Candidates should possess Business Process Improvement awareness to follow workflows and suggest enhancements where appropriate.
- Candidates should possess Training-related capabilities, including willingness to learn new systems and processes and support knowledge sharing within the team.
- Good proficiency in spoken and written English; familiarity with healthcare or revenue cycle processes is an advantage.
- Comfort with night shift work, ability to work on-site in Ahmedabad, and reliability in meeting attendance and performance expectations.
- Basic computer skills, including experience with CRM or call center tools; prior voice process or BPO experience in a healthcare domain is preferred.
- Minimum educational qualification: high school diploma or equivalent; a higher degree in any discipline is beneficial.
