Role Description

Operator can handle individually the assigned operations on machines, Role requires understanding the process sheets ,setting, selection of tools ,work holding procedures ,Handling of finished goods, handling of tools and work space management .

Desired Experience

- Minimum 1+ years of work experience in VMC Machine
- Should have hands-on experience of operational expertise on Siemens, Fanuc, Mitsubishi. understanding dimensional drawings. knowledge on user cycles.
- Strong Technical Knowledge, Excellent Communication skills, Ability to be flexible and proactive
- Experience of Current Product Introduction, reworking design changes and upgrades through to production

Key Responsibilities:





- To capture and specify the component requirements and the development and validation needed to deliver successful outputs, products and components to meet/exceed the drawing specifications.
- Develop fixtures, clamping systems, preventive maintenance, 5s.
- Records using various test & measurement instruments.
- Complete production document creation including self-Report, Test Documents, De-burring & Preventive Maintenance documents.
- Ensuring that design and creative projects are delivered on time and to budget ensuring commercial success
- Establishing and developing best practice with the machining.
- Ability fo handling VMC machines independently.
