Role & responsibilities :
- Conduct Video KYC (VKYC) verification of customers as per company guidelines.
- Verify customer identity and documents through video calls.
- Ensure all KYC details and documents are accurate and complete.
- Follow the required verification process and compliance guidelines.
- Interact with customers professionally and resolve basic queries during the VKYC process.
- Maintain accurate records of completed verifications.
- Identify discrepancies or suspicious information and escalate them to the concerned team.
