About the Role

We're looking for a creative and detail-oriented Visual Designer to join our growing design team.

This is a full-time opportunity for someone who loves creating modern, clean, and engaging visuals for digital platforms. You'll work on branding, social media creatives, marketing assets, website graphics, presentations, and AI-assisted design projects while collaborating with marketers, founders, and developers.

This is a hands-on role where you'll work on real-world products and campaigns while building a strong professional portfolio.

What You'll Do

* Design social media creatives for LinkedIn, Instagram, and other digital platforms.

- Create marketing banners, ad creatives, and promotional assets.
- Design presentations, pitch decks, and proposal documents.
- Create website graphics, icons, and illustrations.
- Assist in branding and visual identity projects.
- Design thumbnails, infographics, and digital marketing materials.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams.
- Use AI-powered design tools to improve creativity and productivity.
- Maintain consistency with brand guidelines across all designs.
- Manage multiple design projects from concept to final delivery.

Required Skills

You should be familiar with:
- Figma
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- Canva
- Basic understanding of typography, colour theory, and layout design
- Strong visual storytelling and attention to detail

Experience with Adobe After Effects or motion graphics is a plus but not mandatory.

- Basic video editing skills using Premiere Pro or CapCut.
