Aumraa is an early-stage startup, so this opportunity is best suited for someone who enjoys ownership, speed, experimentation and frequent feedback. You will work in an environment where responsibilities evolve quickly and your work directly shapes the brand.

About the Role

We’re looking for an early-career Visual Designers (Freshers to 2-5 years of experience) to help build Aumraa’s visual identity across social media, digital campaigns, packaging, e-commerce, ads, website visuals, and brand communication. You’ll work closely with the founder and team to create visuals that feel premium, devotional, modern, and culturally rooted.

Who We Are

Aumraa is building a mobile-first faith-tech product for modern Indian users - bringing together rituals, spiritual guidance, sacred products, and community into one seamless experience. We are reimagining how people engage with faith in everyday life by blending ancient wisdom with modern design, technology, and storytelling.

What You’ll Do

- Design high-quality creatives for social media, ads, website, emailers, banners, campaigns, and e-commerce.
- Build brand guidelines and evolve brand identity: visual language, typography systems, color and campaign crafts




- Create high performing creatives for Meta, Google, FB and other performance channels, including Hinglish first framework for Tier 2 and 3 audiences.
- Design product packaging, labels, boxes, sleeves, inserts, stickers, and other print collaterals.
- Partner with AI at every stage: image generation, prompt-driven creative production, and workflow automation
- Support building basic motion ready assets, reels, launch teasers, animated stories, and short-form visual content whenever needed.
- Use AI tools for moodboards, visual exploration, product backgrounds, campaign ideas, mockups, and faster creative directions.
- Partner with AI at every stage: image generation, visual generation, prompt-driven creative production, and workflow automation
- Work with the marketing, growth and product teams to make sure all brand communication looks consistent and premium.

What We’re Looking For

- 2–5 years of experience in visual design, graphic design, brand design, or digital design. Freshers with exceptional portfolio and design sense are also welcomed.
- Robust understanding of typography, composition, colour, hierarchy and spacing.
- You are a wizard in using AI tools and can use them tastefully in creative workflow
- Evidence of AI-assisted creative work - not only final images,



but the thinking and process behind them.
- Ability to take a loose brief and develop it into a clear visual direction.
- Have experience or interest in packaging and print design

Years of experience matter less to us than taste, thinking, craft, speed and intent. Strong freshers and junior designers with an exceptional portfolio are welcome to apply.

Tools You’ll Likely Use

- Design: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Figma
- AI ideation and workflows: ChatGPT, Claude or similar tools
- AI image generation: GPT Image, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Recraft or similar
- AI video and motion: Higgsfield, Runway, Sora or similar
- Additional advantage: After Effects, Premiere Pro, CapCut, Blender or other motion tools

We are not hiring based on a fixed tool checklist. We care about how effectively you combine tools to reach a robust final result.

Portfolio Expectations

Please apply with a portfolio that shows your visual design work. We would love to see examples of social media creatives, campaign visuals, brand design, packaging, e-commerce graphics, ads, website banners, AI-assisted explorations, or motion/video work.

We care more about your visual taste, clarity, consistency, and creative thinking than fancy presentation.
