Position Summary

We are seeking a Visual Designer & Motion Graphics Specialist to own Desk365’s visual brand across all external-facing channels. This role requires end-to-end responsibility for brand visuals across social media, websites, marketing campaigns, videos, and product marketing assets, ensuring consistency, clarity, and quality across every output.

The selected candidate will work closely with the CEO, with the marketing and product teams to shape and evolve Desk365’s brand presence. This role is suited for a forward-thinking professional comfortable taking ownership and handling high-impact responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

- Own and maintain Desk365’s visual identity and brand language
- Ensure consistency across website, social media, ads, videos, and marketing assets
- Create motion graphics, animations, and short videos for marketing and product communication
- Design creatives for social media, paid campaigns, blogs, and website sections
- Support product launches and feature announcements with high-quality visuals
- Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and leadership teams

Required Skills

- Solid understanding of basic design principles, branding, typography,



layout, and visual hierarchy
- Professionals with 2+ years of experience in visual design, motion graphics, and video editing preferred. Freshers with a strong portfolio can also be considered.
- Strong proficiency in Canva, Figma, Adobe After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Premiere Pro (or equivalent)
- Experience working with SaaS, B2B, or technology brands preferred
- Ability to manage projects from concept to final delivery
