? Hiring: SAP Material Master / Vistex DMR Technical SME

We are looking for an experienced SAP Material Master / Vistex DMR Technical SME to join our team and drive global Supply Material Master initiatives.

? Experience: 5+ Years

? Education: Bachelor’s degree in business management, IT, or a related field

? Key Responsibilities

- Act as the primary Technical SME for SAP Material Master and Vistex DMR.
- Identify system enhancements, automation opportunities, and provide technical guidance and effort estimates.
- Translate complex business requirements, regulatory needs, and business strategies into effective technical solutions.
- Lead end-to-end Supply Material Master projects across SAP S/4HANA and Vistex DMR.
- Manage technical design, implementation timelines, risks, releases, and stakeholder communications.
- Ensure changes comply with GxP, SOX, validation, documentation, and quality requirements.
- Drive change management and UAT activities, including knowledge transfer to business and AMS teams.




- Provide forward-looking guidance on SAP S/4HANA and Vistex DMR technology enhancements.

? What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in SAP and/or Material Master configuration and design, including Vistex DMR.
- Proven experience with Vistex DMR implementations.
- Solid understanding of SAP S/4HANA and ERP landscapes.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business solutions.

⭐ Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with global ERP implementations in Life Sciences / Pharmaceutical / Animal Health domains.
- Knowledge of GxP and SOX compliance.
- Experience in vendor management and ITIL frameworks.
- Understanding of pharmaceutical or animal health commercial and distribution processes.
- Experience working in technology-driven product environments.
- Ability to work independently and solve complex problems in ambiguous environments.
