About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Visa Consultant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end visa processing, assist clients with documentation, coordinate with embassies and visa application centers, and ensure a smooth and hassle-free visa experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Process tourist, business, other visa applications
- Guide customers regarding visa requirements and documentation.
- Verify documents for completeness and accuracy.
- Prepare and submit applications through Embassies, VFS, BLS, and other visa application centers.




- Track application status and provide regular updates to clients.
- Stay updated with the latest immigration rules and embassy policies.
- Coordinate with clients, embassies, and travel partners.
- Maintain accurate records of all visa applications
- Deliver excellent customer service throughout the application process.
- Promote other value-added travel services whenever appropriate.

Preferred Qualifications

Graduate in any discipline.

2–3 years of experience in visa processing or the travel industry.

Experience with VFS Global, BLS International, embassy portals, and online visa application systems.

Strong written and verbal communication in English and Hindi.
