Marketing Muse is looking for a Videographer + Editor who can turn everyday agency life + client shoots into scroll-stopping short-form content.

? Role: Videographer + Editor

Location: Dombivli, 421204

Type: Full-time, In-office.

Experience: 1+ year (short form is a MUST)

? What you’ll be doing (aka your day-to-day)

You’ll be working closely with our team to create content across:

1) Brand & Client Shoots

You’ll capture product/service content for brands such as:

- lifestyle reels
- BTS shoots
- testimonial-style content
- product and founder storytelling
- trendy reel formats
- aesthetic cinematic edits

2) Agency Life Content

You’ll shoot and edit content around:

- client meetings + work mode moments
- behind-the-scenes agency chaos (the fun kind)
- brainstorms, shoot days, strategy sessions
- founder content / daily vlogs / team moments

3) Edit Like a Retention Wizard

You’ll take raw footage and turn it into:

- high-retention Reels
- trend-based transitions
- hook-driven edits
- pacing + jump cuts that keep viewers locked in
- pattern interrupts + sound sync + punchy captions

- have a strong understanding of Instagram retention
- can shoot AND edit confidently
- can take a basic idea and turn it into an insane edit
- love telling stories,



not just stitching clips
- work fast without sacrificing quality
- can collaborate and bring ideas to the table

You should be comfortable with editing tools like:

- Premiere Pro / Final Cut Pro
- CapCut (must be Reels-smart)
- After Effects (big bonus)
- Motion graphics + subtitles/kinetic text = ?

✅ Knows how to shoot clean content for brands

✅ Can deliver 4K/1080 outputs + platform specs
