Work Timing: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM (Monday - Friday, Alternate Saturdays)
As a Videographer at Akartha, you will be responsible for bringing stories to life through high-quality video production. From planning and shooting to editing compelling content, you'll work closely with our creative team to produce films, advertisements, social media content, brand campaigns, and client case studies that create lasting impact.
The Videographer will be responsible for handling end-to-end video production, including camera operation, lighting, audio capture, editing, color correction, and delivering polished final outputs across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality videos for brands, advertisements, social media, and marketing campaigns.
- Handle camera setups, lighting, framing, and audio recording during shoots.
- Edit videos with strong storytelling, pacing, transitions, sound design, and motion graphics where required.
- Perform color correction and basic color grading to ensure professional-quality output.
- Collaborate with creative strategists, designers, and account managers to execute concepts effectively.
- Manage video assets, project files, and ensure timely delivery of projects.
- Stay updated with the latest filmmaking techniques, editing trends, and AI-powered creative tools.
Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience as a Videographer or Video Editor, preferably in an Advertising Agency or Creative Studio.
- Strong experience in both shooting and editing professional video content.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects. Knowledge of DaVinci Resolve is an added advantage.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator is an added advantage.
- Good understanding of cinematography, lighting, camera movements, composition, and audio recording.
- Experience operating DSLR, mirrorless, or cinema cameras and related equipment such as gimbals and lighting setups.
- Familiarity with AI tools that enhance video production workflows is a plus.
- Robust portfolio showcasing commercial films, advertisements, social media content, or brand videos.
- Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Bachelor's degree in Media, Film Production, Mass Communication, or a related field is an added advantage.
