About the role

We are looking for presentable, confident and customer-focused Video KYC Associates to join Respo's team in Mumbai. As a Video KYC Associate, you will interact with customers over video and assist with the customer verification and KYC process. The role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail and the ability to follow verification procedures accurately while maintaining a professional customer experience.

This is a good opportunity for graduates who are comfortable communicating with customers and are looking to build a career in the BFSI, fintech and financial services sector.

Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Confident and comfortable interacting with customers over video calls.
