About the Role

We’re looking for a creative, trend-savvy Video Editor to join our quick-growing digital media team. You’ll turn raw footage into high-impact content that drives views, engagement, and brand recall across Instagram Reels, YouTube, ads, and brand films.

If you love storytelling, move fast without compromising quality, and enjoy experimenting with AI tools to level up your edits, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

- Edit short-form and long-form videos for Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms
- Create high-quality reels, performance ads, and branded content optimized for each platform
- Add motion graphics, transitions, subtitles, and sound design to elevate storytelling
- Use AI tools to speed up workflows (e.g., auto-captions, AI visuals/voiceovers, asset generation)
- Collaborate closely with content, marketing, and creative teams from concept to delivery
- Manage multiple projects, meet tight deadlines, and maintain a high standard of visual quality

Success in this role looks like:

- Consistently delivering edits that improve watch time, retention, and engagement
- Turning around quality reels within 24–48 hours when needed
- Proactively suggesting creative ideas that align with trends and brand voice

Skills & Experience We’re Looking For Must-have:





- 1–2 years of hands-on experience editing for social media (Reels/Shorts + YouTube)
- Proficiency in Premiere Pro and After Effects (Final Cut Pro is a plus)
- Strong sense of pacing, music sync, and platform-specific editing styles
- Experience with motion graphics, transitions, subtitles, and basic VFX
- Comfortable using AI tools for editing, visuals, voiceovers, or asset creation
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver on time
- Sharp attention to detail and a strong creative instinct

Nice-to-have:

- Experience with color grading and sound mixing
- Familiarity with tools like DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, or Descript
- Basic understanding of performance marketing and ad creatives
