About the RoleSquare Yards is looking for a creative and skilled Video Editor to join our Marketing Team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate should have strong storytelling abilities, excellent video editing skills, and experience creating engaging content for digital and social media platforms.

You will work closely with the marketing and creative teams to produce high-quality videos that support brand campaigns, social media initiatives, real estate marketing, and other business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Edit high-quality videos for digital marketing, social media, branding, and promotional campaigns.
- Create engaging short-form and long-form video content for platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other digital channels.
- Work on corporate videos, property videos, promotional videos, interviews, testimonials, reels, and motion-based content.
- Collaborate with the marketing, design, and content teams to understand campaign objectives and deliver creative video solutions.
- Add music, sound effects, graphics, transitions, subtitles, and other visual elements to enhance storytelling.
- Perform basic color correction, audio synchronization, and video optimization.
- Create visually engaging reels and short-form content aligned with current digital trends.




- Manage multiple video projects while ensuring timely delivery and maintaining quality standards.
- Maintain organized project files, footage, and final assets.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3–4 years of professional experience as a Video Editor or in a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and other relevant video editing tools.
- Experience with motion graphics, animation, and visual effects will be an added advantage.
- Strong understanding of video formats, aspect ratios, codecs, and optimization for different digital platforms.
- Good knowledge of storytelling, pacing, transitions, typography, and visual composition.
- Experience editing content for social media and digital marketing campaigns.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a quick-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A creative mindset with awareness of current social media and video content trends.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in a marketing, advertising, real estate, media, or creative agency environment.
- Knowledge of basic graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator.
- Experience creating motion graphics and animated content.
- A strong portfolio showcasing professional video editing and creative work.
