We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and performance-driven Video Editor to join our team and contribute to the production of engaging digital content.

Position Details

- Job Title: Video Editor (YouTube & Social Media)
- Employment Type: Full-Time
- Location: Remote
- Compensation: ₹20,000 – ₹40,000 per month (Based on skills and experience)
- Joining: Immediate

Role Summary The Video Editor will be responsible for editing long-form YouTube videos and short-form social media content for various digital platforms. The ideal candidate should possess strong storytelling abilities, technical editing expertise, and an understanding of audience retention strategies for modern content platforms.

This role requires a combination of creative execution, technical proficiency, and platform awareness to deliver high-quality, engaging video content aligned with brand and performance objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Long-Form Video Editing

- Edit high-quality, engaging YouTube videos with a strong focus on storytelling, pacing, and audience retention.
- Incorporate stock footage, B-rolls, motion graphics, animations, transitions, and sound design to enhance production quality.
- Ensure videos are optimized for viewer engagement and watch-time performance.

Short-Form Content Creation

- Repurpose long-form content into YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, X/Twitter clips, and other social media formats.
- Adapt editing styles based on platform-specific best practices and audience behavior.

Motion Graphics & Visual Enhancement

- Add subtitles, captions,



animations, zoom effects, transitions, sound effects, and background music.
- Perform basic color correction, audio balancing, and visual enhancements.
- Maintain visual consistency and production standards across all content.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Technical Skills

- Excellent proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects.
- Excellent working experience in motion graphics, sound design, color grading, audio synchronization, YouTube content workflows, and storytelling techniques.

Creative Skills

- Robust understanding of faceless YouTube content and retention-based editing styles.
- Ability to create engaging edits using stock footage, graphics, and text animations.
- Understanding of digital audience behavior and viral content structures.

Experience Requirements

- Prior experience editing YouTube videos and short-form social media content is preferred.
- A strong portfolio or showreel demonstrating both long-form and short-form editing work is mandatory.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working with faceless YouTube automation channels.
- Familiarity with audience retention strategies and content scaling techniques.
- Knowledge of AI-assisted editing workflows and modern content production tools is an added advantage.
