Are you a creative professional who can turn instructional scripts and storyboards into engaging visual learning experiences?

We’re looking for a Video Content Designer / Video Editor to create high-quality video lessons for our Career Technical Education (CTE) curriculum.

? Role: Video Content Designer / Video Editor

? Experience: 4+ Years

? Domain: Educational / CTE Content

?️ Primary Platform: Lumen5

? Video Duration: 2–3 minutes per module

? Production: 3 videos per lesson batch

? Key Responsibilities• Create, edit, and render short-form educational videos using Lumen5

• Convert instructional scripts and scene-by-scene storyboards into visually engaging videos

• Select and synchronize stock images, video clips, icons, background music, and voiceovers

• Follow established media, branding, and visual design guidelines

• Maintain consistency in typography, colors, layouts, contrast, safe margins, and branding

• Apply strong graphic design principles to improve visual hierarchy, pacing, and learner engagement

• Review completed videos against storyboards to ensure accuracy and completeness

• Incorporate feedback from Instructional Designers and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs)

• Export, organize, and maintain final video files and project links as per workflow requirements

? Required Skills & Experience✅ 2+ years of professional experience in Graphic Design, Motion Design, or Video Editing





✅ Hands-on experience with Lumen5 or similar AI/cloud-based video creation platforms such as Synthesia, InVideo, or Canva Video

✅ Strong visual storytelling and graphic design skills

✅ Ability to transform complex educational concepts into clear and engaging visuals

✅ Solid understanding of typography, alignment, visual rhythm, and audio-video synchronization

✅ Excellent attention to detail

✅ Ability to follow strict brand guidelines and media standards

⭐ Preferred Qualifications• Experience creating K-12, Higher Education, or CTE learning content

• Familiarity with instructional design principles

• Experience working with Instructional Designers and SMEs

• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, including Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator

? What You’ll Work OnYou’ll create 2–3 minute video learning modules within Lumen5, following structured storyboards and established media guidelines. Training will be provided on the internal workflow, storyboard interpretation, and project requirements.
