Role Description The Video Editor role at PAF Studios is a full-time hybrid position based in Alwar, with flexibility for some work from home.

The Video

Editor will assemble and edit raw footage into cohesive, high-quality videos for a variety of clients and use cases, including brand, promotional, and social media content. Daily responsibilities include organizing media, selecting and trimming clips, adding transitions, syncing audio, and incorporating motion graphics and titles as needed. The role also involves color grading, basic sound cleanup, and exporting deliverables in required formats while maintaining brand guidelines and project timelines.

The Video

Editor will collaborate with producers, directors,



and designers, contribute creative ideas, and support continuous improvement of the studio’s visual style and workflows.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Video Editing, with the ability to manage the full post-production workflow from ingest to final export.
- Proficiency in Video Color Grading to ensure consistent, visually appealing footage that aligns with project mood and brand identity.
- Experience with Motion Graphics and Graphics to create titles, lower thirds, simple animations, and visual elements that enhance storytelling.
- Hands-on experience with industry-standard editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve) and basic audio post-production tools.
- Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a collaborative studio workplace.
- Good communication skills and the ability to incorporate feedback from clients and internal stakeholders constructively.
- Relevant education or training in film, media, design, or a related field is preferred; a portfolio or showreel demonstrating prior work is required.
