What You'll Do

- Plan, shoot, edit, and publish engaging video content
- Create Reels, YouTube Shorts, promotional videos, product demos, testimonials, ad creatives & educational content
- Work closely with the marketing team on creative campaigns
- Handle video production from concept to final delivery
- Create AI-assisted content using up-to-date AI tools
- Design thumbnails, graphics, and motion graphics
- Stay updated with social media trends and content formats
- Maintain brand consistency and organize video assets efficiently

What We're Looking For
- 1–2 years of experience in video editing & content creation
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro & After Effects
- Working knowledge of Photoshop & CorelDRAW
- Experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Adobe Firefly, Runway, CapCut AI, Canva AI & Midjourney




- Basic knowledge of camera handling, lighting & audio recording
- Understanding of motion graphics, animation, storytelling, and social media content
- Strong creativity, communication, and time-management skills

Good to Have
- Performance marketing ad-creative experience
- Photography & videography skills
- YouTube SEO and video optimization knowledge
- Understanding of branding and digital marketing

Selection ProcessResume Shortlisting → Portfolio Review → Practical Assignment → Interview → Final Selection Mandatory AssignmentCandidates will be required to submit two original promotional videos (30–60 seconds each):

Your work will be evaluated on creativity, storytelling, editing quality, branding, motion graphics, originality, and audience engagement.
