We're looking for a Meta Ads Video Editor who can turn data into scroll-stopping stories. If you live and breathe short-form video, know Reels and Stories inside out, and can edit ads that actually convert — this is your role.

What You'll Own

- Produce high-volume, short-form video ads built for Reels, Stories & Feed
- A/B test hooks, visuals, and CTAs to keep performance climbing
- Optimize every edit for mobile-first, sound-off viewing (9:16 & 1:1)
- Nail the first 3 seconds — because that's where ads win or die




- Partner closely with marketing to turn campaign data into fresh creative

What You Bring

- 4–5 years of hands-on editing in Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar
- Real experience building D2C ad creative that's authentic and built to sell
- Sharp understanding of Meta's ad ecosystem and placement specs
- A rare mix — creative instinct backed by performance data
