Kroov Media is a growing marketing agency focused on short-form content, social media marketing, UGC, performance creatives, and digital brand growth.

We work with brands and businesses to create high-performing content for platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, and other digital channels.

We're looking for a creative and reliable Full-Time Video Editor who can join our team and take ownership of editing short-form content.

What You'll Do

- Edit Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, advertisements, UGC videos, and other short-form content.
- Create engaging edits designed to maximize watch time, retention, and engagement.
- Add captions, motion graphics, transitions, sound effects, music, B-roll, and visual effects where required.
- Edit talking-head, UGC, promotional, educational, and marketing videos.
- Understand pacing, storytelling, hooks, and retention-based editing.
- Repurpose long-form footage into multiple short-form videos.
- Follow brand guidelines and maintain consistency across different clients.
- Work closely with the creative and marketing team to understand the objective of each video.
- Handle multiple projects and deliver edits within deadlines.
- Stay updated with current Instagram and YouTube editing trends.

Requirements
- Strong knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro / After Effects / DaVinci Resolve / CapCut or similar editing software.
- Good understanding of short-form content and social media trends.
- Strong sense of pacing, storytelling, typography, music,



and visual composition.
- Ability to create clean, professional, and attention-grabbing edits.
- Good communication and time-management skills.
- Ability to take feedback and make revisions quickly.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
- A portfolio/showreel demonstrating previous editing work is required.
