About the Role

We’re looking for a creative Video Editor to join our team in Surat.

This is not a typical “edit the footage and export” role.

At HueMatter, you’ll work on international projects, founder personal branding, social media content, brand campaigns, ads, and a variety of creative projects. The work will constantly change, so we’re looking for someone who can adapt to different styles while bringing their own creative eye and editing style.

What You’ll Do

- Edit Reels, Shorts, YouTube videos and social media content
- Work on international client projects and founder personal brands
- Create engaging hooks, pacing and storytelling
- Add motion graphics, animations and kinetic typography
- Create trendy and visually engaging edits
- Work with sound design, music, transitions, B-roll and effects
- Adapt editing styles according to different brands and audiences
- Take raw footage and turn it into a compelling final story
- Stay updated with current Instagram, YouTube and TikTok editing trends
- Bring recent creative ideas and references to the team
- Work closely with designers, strategists and other creatives
- Handle multiple projects while maintaining quality and deadlines

What We’re Looking For

You should have

- Strong video editing skills
- A good understanding of storytelling and pacing
- Knowledge of motion graphics and animation
- Understanding of short-form content and retention
- A strong sense of music, sound and visual rhythm
- Knowledge of current social media trends
- Ability to create premium, polished and modern edits
- Willingness to experiment with different editing styles




- Your own creative point of view and editing style

Experience with Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut

We don't want a template editor.

We want someone who can look at a brief and say:

"Here's how I think we should make this."

You should have your own taste, understand what makes content engaging and be willing to experiment.

Whether your style is cinematic, minimal, energetic, editorial, documentary, fast-paced or something completely different ,we want to see it.
