Role Description The Video Editor role at Evolv Media is a full-time, in office position based in Indore.

The Video

Editor will be responsible for editing raw video footage into polished, engaging content for digital campaigns, social media, and client projects. Daily tasks include assembling clips, applying transitions, color grading, sound refinement, and integrating motion graphics and visual elements to align with brand guidelines. The role involves collaborating closely with creative, design, and marketing teams to interpret briefs, maintain consistent visual style, and meet project timelines.

Editor will also assist in optimizing video formats for various platforms and contribute creative ideas to enhance storytelling and audience engagement.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Video Editing and Video Production for digital and marketing-focused content.
- Candidates should possess skills in Video Color Grading to ensure consistent, high-quality visual tone across projects.
- Candidates should possess skills in Motion Graphics to create dynamic visual elements that support storytelling and brand messaging.
- Candidates should possess skills in Graphics to collaborate on visual assets and integrate them effectively within video content.
- Proficiency with industry-standard editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve) and motion graphics tools (e.g., After Effects).
- Strong visual storytelling abilities, attention to detail, and an understanding of digital and social media formats.
- Ability to work on-site in Indore, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
- Relevant education or training in film, media, design, or a related field, and a portfolio demonstrating video editing and motion graphics work.
