IRS Group is looking for a creative and hands-on Video Editor & Videographer to join our growing content and marketing team.

We are looking for someone who can do more than just edit footage — someone who can understand a content idea, handle a camera, shoot good footage and turn it into engaging videos for our digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Edit videos for Instagram Reels, YouTube, advertisements, events, testimonials, interviews and other marketing campaigns.
- Plan and execute video shoots for social media and promotional content.
- Operate DSLR / mirrorless cameras, gimbals, lighting and audio equipment.
- Handle framing, camera angles, lighting and basic audio recording during shoots.
- Add transitions, captions, music, sound effects, colour correction and basic motion graphics.
- Create short-form content that is engaging, relevant and suited to current social media formats.
- Work with the marketing and creative team to develop video concepts and content ideas.
- Assist with scripting, storyboarding and planning when required.
- Organise and maintain raw footage, project files and the digital video library.
- Ensure videos are delivered within agreed timelines and maintain consistent quality across all content.

Requirements

- Proven experience in video editing and videography.




- Strong working knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve or Final Cut Pro.
- Basic to valuable knowledge of Adobe After Effects or other motion graphics tools.
- Comfortable operating cameras and other video production equipment.
- Good understanding of visual storytelling, composition, pacing and sound.
- Ability to create content specifically for Instagram, YouTube and other digital platforms.
- Good creative sense and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as with a creative/marketing team.

Added Advantage

- Experience with professional cameras, gimbals, lighting and wireless audio systems.
- Knowledge of colour grading and sound editing.
- Photography skills.
- Motion graphics and animation skills.
- Experience creating educational, corporate or promotional content.
- Familiarity with current Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and social media trends.
