Senior Video Editor / Motion Graphic Designer

Experience: Minimum 2+ Years

Salary: ₹35,000+ per month, depending on experience, skills and portfolio

Industry Experience: Prior experience working with a creative, digital or advertising agency is required.

We are looking for a power-packed, highly versatile Senior Video Editor / Motion Graphic Designer who can confidently work across different editing styles and formats.

This role is for someone who genuinely enjoys editing, experimenting with visuals and bringing creative ideas to life. We want an editor who doesn't just execute a brief, but understands content, pacing, storytelling and visual impact.

What You'll Work On

You should be comfortable handling:

- Talking-head videos with engaging, retention-focused editing
- Motion graphics and animation-heavy videos
- Short-form content for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and social media
- Fast-paced, high-energy edits
- Slow-paced and storytelling-driven edits
- Cinematic videos and brand films
- Corporate and commercial videos
- Promotional and advertising content
- Typography-based motion graphics
- Transitions, masking, compositing and visual effects
- Sound design, music syncing and beat-based editing
- Colour correction and basic colour grading
- Multiple brands with completely different visual styles

What We're Looking For

- Minimum 2 years of professional video editing experience
- Previous experience working in a creative/digital/advertising agency environment
- A strong and diverse portfolio showcasing:
- Motion graphic design
- Talking-head edits
- Short-form/reel editing
- Cinematic editing
- Fast-paced content
- Different editing and storytelling styles




- Solid understanding of pacing, storytelling, visual hierarchy and audience retention
- Ability to understand a brand's visual language and adapt editing accordingly
- Ability to handle multiple projects and brands simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to take creative ownership instead of depending completely on predefined templates
- Someone who enjoys creative freedom, experimentation and pushing the quality of every edit

Software Requirement — Adobe Only The candidate must have strong hands-on experience with the Adobe Creative Cloud ecosystem, especially:
- Adobe Premiere Pro – Mandatory
- Adobe After Effects – Mandatory
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator

Our primary production workflow is Adobe-based only. Candidates should be comfortable working professionally within the Adobe ecosystem rather than relying on CapCut, DaVinci Resolve or other editing software as their primary workflow.

We are not looking for someone who can only edit one particular type of video.

We need a versatile editor who can switch from a high-retention talking-head reel to a complex motion graphic video, then to a cinematic brand film or fast-paced social media edit while maintaining quality across every format.

Salary Package: Starting from ₹35,000+ per month and can increase depending on your experience, portfolio, technical skills and creative capabilities.
