Role Overview The Video Editor and Graphic Designer will work full-time on-site in Bengaluru, creating visual content that effectively communicates Huntlo’s brand identity and product value. This role involves editing and producing marketing and product videos, designing graphics and motion assets for web, social media, and presentations, while ensuring all visual materials consistently align with brand guidelines. The position requires close collaboration with the marketing, product, and leadership teams to plan and execute video storyboards, create explainer content, and repurpose long-form recordings into short, engaging clips.

The individual will manage end-to-end post-production workflows, maintain organised asset libraries, and deliver high-quality content within agreed timelines.

Key Responsibilities

● Plan, produce, and edit marketing and product videos from concept to final delivery.

● Design graphics for social media creatives, thumbnails, presentations, and marketing collateral.





● Create motion graphics and energetic visual content for explainer videos and promotional material.

● Repurpose existing long-form video content into short, impactful clips for various platforms.

● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop storyboards and visual narratives.

● Ensure colour grading, audio quality, and visual consistency across all projects.

● Maintain a well-organised library of video and design assets.

● Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Qualifications and Skills

● Strong proficiency in video production and editing, including planning, shooting support, and assembling footage into clear, engaging narratives.

● Advanced skills in video colour grading and motion graphics to enhance visual impact and maintain brand consistency.

● Solid experience in graphic design, including marketing collateral, social media creatives, thumbnails, and presentation visuals.

● Hands-on expertise with industry-standard tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, or equivalent software.

● Basic audio editing capabilities to ensure clean and polished sound quality.

● Ability to translate complex product features and concepts into compelling visual stories.

● Strong attention to detail, time management, and ability to collaborate effectively across teams.

● Relevant experience in SaaS, technology, or B2B marketing is an advantage.

● A degree or formal training in design, media, or related fields is beneficial but not mandatory.

Compensation and Work Arrangement

● Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month, plus performance-based incentives.

● Work Mode: Full-time on-site role based in Bengaluru.

● Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday.
