Who You'll Be Working For:

You will be joining a UK-based company founded by serial entrepreneur Martin Warner, who has built and scaled multiple successful technology companies. This is a rare opportunity to work directly within a founder-led team where content is treated as a core growth function, your work will be visible, valued, and shipped constantly.

The Role:

This is a full-time remote role for candidates based in India. You'll work directly with our UK-based leadership, product, and marketing teams on a product used by a global audience. Compensation is competitive within the Indian market and will be determined by your experience and expertise.

We are looking for a video-first content creator, someone whose primary craft is editing, but who can carry a piece of content the whole way: concept, edit, motion graphics, AI-generated footage, thumbnail, caption, and publish.



Roughly 70% of the work is warpSpeed marketing (paid social ads, product demos, explainer videos, social posts) and 30% is editing for the founder’s YouTube channels.

What You'll Do:

- Concept and edit paid social video ads for Meta and TikTok, hook-first vertical creative, with multiple hook and caption variants per concept so we can test rather than guess.
- Produce product demos and explainer videos of the warpSpeed app: clean screen capture, device framing, zooms, callouts, and pacing that makes a feature obvious in 20 seconds.
- Edit long-form YouTube videos and cut shorts for Martin Warner's channels, story structure, pacing, B-roll, sound design, captions, thumbnails, and retention-aware openings.
- Build motion graphics and animation: kinetic captions, animated text, UI animation, and animated explainers that make abstract AI capabilities land.
- Generate AI content with tools such as Higgsfield, HeyGen, Runway, Kling, Veo, Midjourney and ElevenLabs, and exercise judgment about when generated output is convincing and when it looks cheap.
- Draft captions, hooks, titles, and on-screen copy in clear, natural English; design static graphics, carousels, and thumbnails where static is the right answer.
- Own the content calendar and publishing across YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and X, plus a tidy, searchable asset library.
- Work to a metric, not a vibe: hook rate, hold rate, thruplay, click-through, and cost per install. Read the numbers with the marketing team and recut accordingly.
- Build a reusable creative system, templates, caption styles, end cards, brand motion package, so new variants take hours, not days.

Must-Have Experience:

- 4+ years editing video professionally,



with a body of work in short-form social and/or performance advertising, not only corporate or event work.
- Expert command of a full edit suite: Premiere Pro (or Final Cut / DaVinci Resolve), plus After Effects for motion graphics, titles, and animated explainers.
- Hands-on AI video generation experience, you've shipped work made with tools like Higgsfield, HeyGen, Runway, Kling, Veo or Sora, and can talk about where they work and where they fail.
- Graphic design competence in Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma or Canva, with solid instincts on type, hierarchy, and layout.
- Robust written English, you draft your own captions, hooks, titles, and on-screen copy.
- Sound and pacing craft: mixing dialogue, music, and effects; cutting to rhythm; loudness that's right for social.
- Platform specs known cold: aspect ratios, safe zones, durations, caption burn-in, and file requirements per platform.
- Demonstrated ability to produce a high volume of finished assets weekly and keep quality steady.
- Self-managing and communicative, you work asynchronously with a UK team, flag blockers early, and don't need supervision to make progress.

Nice to Have:

- Experience editing for a consumer app, SaaS, or AI product, especially feature demo work.
- Experience with paid social creative testing, you've seen your own work in an ads dashboard and know what a valuable hook rate looks like.
- YouTube channel growth experience: thumbnails, titling, retention editing, shorts strategy.
- Screen capture and device mockup tooling (Screen Studio, Rotato, ScreenFlow, Camtasia).
- 3D or advanced motion (Blender, Cinema 4D, Element 3D) for product and UI visuals.
- Familiarity with scheduling and analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Metricool, YouTube Studio, TikTok Ads Manager).
- Basic direct-response copywriting

Portfolio Requirement:

A showreel or portfolio is required. We want to understand how you think, the brief, the decisions you made, and the impact the work had, not just polished visuals.
