Job Summary The Vice Principal will be responsible for guiding, assisting, and supervising teachers and students from Classes VI to XII, particularly in Science and Mathematics. The role will focus on supporting theoretical and practical learning in accordance with the requirements of Foundation Courses, JEE, and NEET, along with related academic activities.

The candidate should have strong academic and administrative exposure, substantial experience as a PGT, and the ability to guide teachers and students towards achieving academic excellence.

Key Responsibilities

- Guide, assist, and supervise teachers and students from Classes VI to XII.
- Support the effective teaching of Science and Mathematics across the relevant classes.
- Guide students in both theoretical and practical aspects of Science and Mathematics.
- Ensure academic activities are aligned with the requirements of Foundation Courses, JEE, and NEET.
- Guide teachers in delivering effective lessons and supporting students' academic requirements.
- Monitor teaching and learning processes and support teachers in improving academic outcomes.
- Assist and guide students in overcoming academic challenges and achieving desired results.
- Support and oversee subject-related activities, practicals, and other academic activities.




- Maintain effective academic discipline and ensure the smooth functioning of Classes VI to XII.
- Work with teachers to improve teaching effectiveness and student performance.
- Provide academic guidance and support to students to help them achieve academic excellence.
- Coordinate with the school management on academic planning and implementation.
- Assist in the overall academic and administrative functioning of the school.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Postgraduate degree in a relevant discipline.
- B.Ed. is mandatory.
- 810 years of relevant experience in school education.
- Must have worked as a PGT for a substantial period.
- Strong knowledge of Science and Mathematics.
- Good understanding of both theoretical and practical teaching.
- Exposure to Foundation Course, JEE, and NEET-oriented academic requirements.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English.
