We're looking for a Video Creator to own Onecrest's social media content — from idea to production, publishing, and performance tracking — using AI-powered tools throughout the process.

What Your Ideal Day Would Look Like

- Brainstorm and develop original content ideas for Onecrest's social media platforms
- Identify content opportunities from ongoing projects, construction activities, company updates, leadership, employees, achievements, and industry trends
- Plan and manage weekly and monthly content calendars across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube
- Develop creative concepts, scripts, storyboards, hooks, and visual directions for content
- Create AI-generated videos, visuals, animations, voiceovers, and other digital assets
- Create Reels, YouTube Shorts, long-form videos, project walkthroughs, explainers, promotional videos, corporate content, carousels, and stories
- Combine AI-generated assets with real project footage, photographs, and graphics
- Edit videos with appropriate transitions, typography, sound, music, voiceovers, captions, colour correction, and pacing
- Adapt content across platforms while maintaining a consistent Onecrest brand identity
- Write captions, CTAs, and supporting copy for social media content
- Publish and schedule content across relevant platforms
- Monitor comments, engagement, and audience response
- Track reach, views, watch time,



and other performance metrics, and use those insights to improve future content
- Coordinate with project, construction, leasing, and management teams to gather footage, photographs, and information needed for content

What You Bring

AI and Creative Tools (Core Requirement)

Solid, hands-on comfort with AI-powered tools is central to this role.

- Working proficiency with AI creative tools such as Google Flow, Claude, ChatGPT, or similar AI video/image/voice generation platforms
- Ability to blend AI-generated assets naturally with real footage and photographs
- Genuine curiosity and speed in learning new AI tools and formats as they emerge

Creative and Production Skills

- Strong creative thinking and content ideation skills
- Solid understanding of short-form video, visual storytelling, pacing, and composition
- Ability to turn real estate, construction, and business developments into engaging content
- Comfortable with tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Canva

Communication and Ownership

- Robust written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to independently manage multiple content requirements and meet deadlines

Your Eligibility Checklist

Education

- Bachelor's degree in Media, Mass Communication, Film, Design, Animation, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.

Experience

- 1–3 years of experience in content creation, social media, video production, AI content creation,



digital marketing, or a related role
- Hands-on experience creating AI-generated video content
- Experience independently managing social media and digital content
- A strong portfolio of AI-generated videos, Reels, Shorts, social media content, promotional videos, or digital campaigns is essential

What Will Make You Stand Out

- Prior experience with real estate, construction, architecture, interiors, or property brands
- Experience independently managing Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube for a brand
- Strong visual storytelling and hands-on video production skills
- Experience creating realistic AI visualisations of buildings, spaces, interiors, or architectural concepts
- Experience combining AI-generated assets with real footage
- Experience with AI voice generation, avatars, animation, motion graphics, or image-to-video workflows
- Comfortable using tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Canva, Google Flow, Claude, ChatGPT, and other AI-powered creative tools
- Ability to quickly learn and experiment with new AI tools and content formats
