Video Creator / 2D Motion Graphics Artist – AI & Video Production

About the RoleWe are looking for an exceptionally creative Game Trailer & Motion Designer who can take a game from concept to a high-quality promotional trailer.

This is not a conventional video-editing role.

We need someone who understands games, knows how to create excitement and anticipation through video, and can independently develop trailer concepts, storyboards, visual sequences, 2D animations, character animations and final edits.

For every new game launch, this person will be responsible for developing creative trailer ideas and turning them into premium, engaging and commercially effective game trailers for social media, websites, game launches, exhibitions and marketing campaigns.

The ideal candidate should be equally comfortable with creative ideation and hands-on execution.

Key Responsibilities1.

Game Trailer Concept

Development

- Develop original trailer concepts for recent casino/slot games.
- Use AI video generation and AI-assisted creative tools to create and enhance video content.
- Understand the game's theme, characters, mechanics and USP and convert them into a compelling visual story.
- Create different creative directions for a single game when required.
- Develop concepts for:
- Game reveal trailers
- Launch trailers
- Teasers
- Character reveals
- Feature/mechanic trailers
- Jackpot/win sequences
- Social media promotional videos
- Short-form promotional content
- Think beyond simply showing gameplay — create emotion, suspense, excitement and anticipation.

2. Storyboarding & Creative Direction
- Create storyboards and visual treatment for trailers.




- Decide camera movements, transitions, pacing, visual effects and animation sequences.
- Translate a simple game brief into a complete visual narrative.
- Work closely with the Game Design and Art teams to understand the game's concept and visual identity.

3. 2D Animation
- Create high-quality 2D animations for characters, symbols, environments and game elements.
- Animate characters and objects to make them feel alive and dynamic.
- Create motion graphics, particle effects, transitions and stylized visual effects.
- Animate game symbols, logos, text, coins, jackpots, explosions, environments and other promotional elements.
- Create cinematic sequences using existing 2D game assets.

Character

Animation & Creation
- Create or enhance characters specifically for promotional videos.
- Develop character poses, expressions and movements.
- Animate characters for dramatic, humorous, exciting or cinematic moments.
- Work with illustrators/game artists where additional character artwork is required.
- Understand how to make a static game character visually engaging in a trailer.

Video

Production & Editing
- Produce the complete trailer from concept through final delivery.
- Edit footage and gameplay captures professionally.
- Create agile pacing appropriate for casino games and online audiences.
- Add sound effects, music, transitions, typography and visual effects.




- Synchronize animation and visual effects with music and sound.
- Create multiple versions and aspect ratios for different platforms.

Creative

Innovation
- Continuously research new trailer styles, animation techniques and trends in the gaming industry.
- Study trailers from leading game studios and identify new ways to make our games stand out.
- Bring fresh ideas rather than relying on templates.
- Experiment with different cinematic styles, animation techniques and storytelling approaches.

to understand each game's USP and turn it into a compelling marketing asset. Required Skills:
- Strong experience creating game trailers or promotional videos.
- Excellent understanding of 2D animation and motion graphics.
- Strong storytelling and visual communication skills.
- Ability to independently develop trailer concepts from scratch.
- Strong understanding of timing, pacing, composition and cinematography.
- Experience animating characters and game assets.
- Strong video editing skills.
- Ability to create cinematic promotional content from existing game assets.
- Excellent understanding of typography, transitions, visual effects and sound design.
- Strong sense of visual quality and attention to detail.
- Hands-on experience with AI video creation tools such as Runway, Kling, Veo, Pika, Sora, or similar platforms.

Strong proficiency in relevant tools such as:
- Adobe After Effects
- Adobe Premiere Pro
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator

Experience with Blender, Cinema 4D, Spine, Toon Boom, Moho, Unity, Unreal Engine or similar tools will be an advantage.
