1. Develop and execute student admission strategies to meet the target for admissions.
2. Design and implement effective curriculum for students.
3. Conduct Seminars and guidance sessions for teachers
4. Help create effective academic materials and social media content.
5. Build and maintain relationship with Play schools and other educational institute.
6. First point of contact for inquiries from perspective students and parents.
7. Provide guidance on schools program and initiatives.
8. Assist in the development and implementation of the school's business development plan.
9. Ensuring effective data management system such as students record, staff record, leave records etc.
10. Meeting department heads on regular basis to ensure the compliance and academic standards.
11. Ensuring effective delivery of curriculum as per the academic calendar.
12. Co-ordinate for school events such as field trips, PTM, Sports day, Annual Day, Exhibitions, special events & competitions as per the guidelines.
13. Ensuring the smooth transition of school transport department.
