Key Responsibilities :

- Own Engineering business Development ,strategy, revenue and profitability.

- Drive business development, recent customer acquisition and strategic accounts.

- Lead end-to-end engineering and project delivery, ensuring quality, timelines and margins.

- Develop and execute the technology roadmap across automation, robotics, digital engineering, Industry 4.0, AI/ML and digital twins.

- Build and lead high-performing engineering and project teams.

- Develop strategic relationships with CXO-level customers, OEMs and technology partners.

- Drive innovation, operational excellence and expansion into new markets.

Candidate Profile :

- 20+ years of experience in engineering, manufacturing technology, industrial automation or engineering services.

- Proven experience in senior engineering/business leadership.

- Strong business-development track record.

- Experience managing large multidisciplinary teams and complex engineering programs.

- Strong customer-facing and commercial skills.

- Exposure to automation, robotics, Industry 4.0, digital engineering or emerging technologies.

- Engineering degree; MBA/management qualification preferred.
