Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

- Lead complete -EV Vehicle integration activities throughout the product development lifecycle.

- Define and manage vehicle-level target setting, product attribute leadership requirements and ensure subsystem compliance.

- Drive cross-functional integration of Battery Pack, E-drive, Power Electronics, HV/LV systems, Thermal Systems, Chassis, Body, and Calibration & Software.

- Drive & Ensure vehicle-level performance targets related to range, efficiency, safety, durability, NVH, FE, Wt and drivability are achieved.

- Identify and resolve system-level clashes, interface mismatches, and integration issues.

- Timely delivery of Engineering Sign off with Validation meeting TCP targets.





- Engineering risk analysis and mitigation. Proactive role in flagging the potential risk areas and ensuring that a mitigation plan is made available.

- Monitor & Track weight, cost, quality and delivery of program engineering scope.

- Knowledge of GD&T;, DFMEA, and quality tools for problem solving.

Perform vehicle level design calculations, tolerance analysis, feasibility studies considering DFM, DFA & DFS
