Role/designation: Vertical Head Operations

- Responsible for monitoring the document flow and assessing that the relevant cheques are carried out at minute level as per defined process
- Tactfully assigning the documents to the team as per the team expertise.
- Taking care that the documents are handed over on time to the Insurance companies within time. Discrepancy Memo & MIS entry.
- MIS – Daily Inward, Issuance & Discrepancies and sharing to the Management.
- Ensuring that the TAT of the policy issuance is maintained.
- Ensuring that the team is updated on document required with daily float of the reports –

Cheque Bounce, NCB recovery and Outstanding with reports being shared weekly along with tracking the NCB recovery and entry in the system.

- Providing all the accurate data for the IRDA filing on timely basis.




- Assuring that the new employees are onboarded onto the system on time with the system user Id creations for the day to day working.
- Updating all the employees with the proper flow of the system and usage.
- Making sure to keep track of the Audit requirements in relation to the MIS entries.
- Timely revert to Audit and Account query in line with the MIS.

Job Requirement

- Minimum 5 yrs. experience in field of Insurance.
- Knowledge on Document flow in Insurance / Financial Services.
- Good Team Leader and ability to align objectives with the Team and drive towards a common objective and have Expertise in managing Knowledge on Insurance.
- Operations & Compliance minded, along with solution provider, Analytical, eye for detail.
- Robust leader and mentor. Develop a dedicated team by, managing work allocation, training,

problem resolution, performance evaluation and building
