‍ Job Summary The Vendor Acknowledgement Analyst Lead is a critical leadership role responsible for driving operational excellence, managing team performance, and ensuring high-quality service delivery for our client accounts. This role balances day-to-day team administration, workload management, quality assurance, and client account oversight.

Roles And Responsibilities

- Manage a team of people.
- Conduct weekly team meetings to establish goals, expectations, address issues and provide updates.
- Conduct one-on-one calls with each member of your team weekly.
- Oversee training to new hires on the department processes and specific knowledge required for the assigned client.
- Create and manage schedules to effectively distribute workload among available staff and ensure completion of scheduled work.
- Perform weekly quality assurance checks.
- Monitor time tracking in Prohance.
- Identify training needs within the team and provide coaching and support to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Manage client accounts.
- Review dashboards and report discrepancies to the manager.
- Ensure process documents are maintained and accurate for each client.
- Escalate issues, as necessary, to the Sales Enablement and Support Services Manager.
- Resolve both external and internal inquiries.
- Ensure coverage for assigned accounts when team members are absent.
- Provide backup as necessary.
- Complete additional tasks as assigned.
