We’re Hiring: Valuation Report Assistant

We are looking for a sincere and detail-oriented fresher to join our real estate valuation team.

Location: Vidyavihar West, Mumbai

Working hours: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Working days: Monday to Saturday

Bank holidays will be observed.

Key responsibilities

- Drafting and formatting property valuation reports
- Entering property, ownership and valuation details in prescribed formats
- Compiling information from agreements, plans and supporting documents
- Checking names, areas, rates and other report particulars for accuracy
- Preparing annexures and organising supporting documents
- Printing, scanning, PDF preparation and digital file management
- Assisting with day-to-day valuation documentation

Candidate requirements

- Diploma in Civil Engineering, B.Com or any graduate
- Freshers are welcome to apply




- Working knowledge of MS Word and basic Excel
- Reasonable English reading and typing skills
- Positive attention to detail and accuracy
- Willingness to learn about real estate valuation and property documentation The selected candidate will receive practical training and exposure to real estate valuation reports, bank formats and property-related documentation.
