About the Role

We are looking for a UX/UI Designer with 3–4 years of professional experience to create intuitive, engaging and high-performing digital experiences across websites, web platforms and mobile applications.

You will work closely with product managers, business analysts, content teams and front-end developers to translate business requirements and user needs into user journeys, wireframes, responsive interfaces and scalable design solutions.

This is a hands-on role for a designer who can balance visual design, usability, technical feasibility and performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Translate business and user requirements into user flows, journey maps, wireframes and high-fidelity designs.
- Design intuitive navigation, interactions and micro-interactions.
- Create responsive designs and interactive prototypes for desktop, tablet and mobile.
- Build and maintain reusable components, styles, variables and documentation in Figma.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate and technically feasible implementation.
- Conduct design reviews and quality checks throughout development.
- Prepare explicit, development-ready design handovers and specifications.




- Create web-ready assets such as SVGs and optimised images.
- Apply UX, accessibility and responsive design principles.
- Use user feedback, insights and analytics to improve designs and product outcomes.
- Manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced digital agency environment.

Required Skills & Experience
- 3–4 years of skilled UX/UI design experience, preferably in a digital agency or product environment.
- Strong proficiency in Figma, including Auto Layout, Components, Variants, Variables and interactive prototyping.
- Experience designing responsive websites for desktop, tablet and mobile.
- Experience designing native or cross-platform mobile applications for iOS and Android.
- Strong understanding of UX principles, information architecture, interaction design and user-centred design.
- Strong visual design skills, including typography, colour, spacing, layout and visual hierarchy.
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS and responsive layouts.
- Ability to create clear and detailed developer-ready design specifications.
- Experience collaborating with developers, product managers and cross-functional teams.
- Strong communication, presentation and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle feedback, changing requirements and multiple deadlines.

Desirable Skills
- Experience designing for CMS, SaaS platforms, e-commerce or complex business applications.




- Familiarity with WCAG and accessibility standards.
- Experience with usability testing, user research or analytics tools.
- Experience with motion design or advanced interface transitions.
- Understanding of design tokens and coded component libraries.
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite or similar design tools.
