Role Description The User-Generated Content Creator and Video Content Creator is a full-time, in office role based in Ahmedabad. This role involves planning, scripting, and producing engaging video content that showcases Krazio Cloud’s products, services, and brand story across digital platforms. The individual will source, encourage, and curate user-generated content from customers and community members, ensuring it aligns with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.

Daily tasks include collaborating with marketing and product teams, filming and editing videos, optimizing content for social media and web channels,



and monitoring performance metrics to refine content strategies. The role also requires staying up to date with content trends, experimenting with new formats, and maintaining a consistent visual and narrative style.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in video production, including planning, scripting, filming, and video editing using industry-standard tools.
- Experience creating and managing user-generated content campaigns, with a focus on community engagement and brand storytelling.
- Proficiency in social media content creation and platform-specific optimization (e.g., YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok or similar).
- Ability to work closely with marketing and design teams to align content with overall brand and campaign goals.
- Strong visual sense, basic graphic design or motion graphics skills, and attention to detail in audio-visual quality.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical topics into accessible, engaging content.
- Comfort working on-site in a fast-paced environment, with strong time management and organizational skills.
- Relevant experience in digital content creation; prior experience in tech or enterprise solutions is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Media, Film, Communications, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
