Key Responsibilities:

- Analyse rebar estimates prepared by the estimation team.

- Verify accuracy in quantities, dimensions, and specifications.

- Cross-check estimates against project plans, drawings, and specifications.

- Ensure estimates comply with applicable codes, standards, and client requirements.

- Identify and address discrepancies between project requirements and estimates.

- Identify and report errors or inconsistencies in rebar estimates.

- Recommend corrections or adjustments to the estimation team.

- Prepare detailed reports of findings and observations.

- Maintain organized records of reviewed estimates and related documents.

- Work closely with the estimation team to clarify ambiguities or resolve discrepancies.

- Provide feedback and guidance to improve estimation accuracy.

- Suggest process improvements to enhance the quality and efficiency of estimation workflows.

- Stay updated with industry best practices, tools, and technologies.

Qualifications :

- Education: Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering.

- Experience:





- Minium of 5 to 6 years of experience in rebar estimation is preferred.

- Familiarity with estimation software and tools.

Skills:

- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.

- Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings and specifications.

- Knowledge of construction codes and standards related to rebar.

- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.

- Monday to Friday

- Rotational shift
